very clean and amenities were great- pool area was beautiful and very French style , we had pool access from our room. location : 5 min walk to the citee carcasconne( the walled old city) and then a 25 min walk to new center but there is also a bus outside the hotel to bring you to the new center for only 1€pp and brings you to the center in a few minutes !! but the walk to new center is beautiful as going over the old bridge and site seeing. staff were great and very accommodating for example one of the family members I was with had to store medication in a fridge (none in room) and use it daily and this was made so simple by staff!

Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the old city. Hotel is a very relaxing place to stay and the quality of food in the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The dinner we had was a match for the best meals we had at any of the restaurants.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a great braekfast with fruit yogurt cold meats bread jams and honey scrambled eggs susage and bacon as well as coffee juice and pastries. 3mins and you at the Narbonne Gates to the Cite. The air con was very welcome.

Been coming here for a number of years and always come back. Great to see it still maintains its high standards and has been recently refurbished. The housekeeping is fab and rooms are clean to perfection. We had a privilege room which had a great view of the pool and the addition of robes. Also got complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. Wine at the bar was local and a very reasonable price and good quality. Staff were also polite and helpful. There is also a fab pool and terrace. We didn’t eat at the hotel but seemed a lot of people did so will do next time

Location was fabulous - a short walk from both the medieval city and old town. Airport shuttle bus dropped us within a two minute walk of the hotel. The grounds were beautiful - well maintained with olive trees and agapanthus. A peaceful haven away from the summer crowds. We loved the huge pool and clean changing rooms. There were plenty of sunbeds and enough shade. And the salad and rosé we had for lunch on our last day was the best we had tasted during our whole trip to Carcassone. We also loved our room with French doors to a terrace - and the blackout curtains and very comfortable beds and pillows ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff were also all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Room was lovely. Swimming pool was clean and easily accessed. The hotel had beautiful, well kept gardens and nice areas to sit both inside and out. The location was close to the Medieval City and was very quiet and also had a relaxed atmosphere. The chambermaids were friendly and helpful.

Our room was spacious and had everything one can want) I loved both the location (10 min from the castle), garden with the pool (castle is not seen from the pool ;) ) - bar and breakfast. The price seemed too costly, but all options around had even more costs (we needed parking and rooms enabled for limited mobility). I loved the choice of tea and complimentary drinks in the room

The hotel is perfectly placed with a view of the castle from our room. Our room was very comfortable and the garden and pool area were very pleasant.

The Hotel is so convenient for the castle. It really is 5 minutes walk. Spotless hotel . Low rise with only two floors and very well equipped and modern bathrooms. 89 rooms I think. We didn’t try breakfast but many did ( we liked to try different places within the castle ). There always seemed enough sun beds particularly in the Early afternoon After sightseeing. Pool was nice and had its own pool bar. Mixture of customers - quite diverse from young families to business folk. Dogs are allowed too 🐶😃👍
